Valley Restaurant - St. Catharines: An Unforgettable Italian Dining Experience

came here for dinner while on an anniversary trip to the niagara falls area. this was the best Italian food I've ever had- no contest. cocktails were great too. our server was so sweet and helpful... wish we could come here every night. thanks for making our evening extra special!

The place is so nice and cozy. They are great at accommodating groups, and the service is top-notch. The food is typically great. The last time I went I ordered the feature, which was Cajun salmon, and I was a little disappointed for the price. I wasn't aware the salmon still had its skin on and it was served on top of a bed of potatoes so that was odd. I recommend a pasta dish as that is made by hand and super delicious. Parking is hard to find so just save yourself some time and park on the road.

Such a homey, vintage, Italian feel, with a lot of class, informative, and stellar service from Eden! The food quality was definitely top standard, and we were treated with the greatest of respect and patience.

Valley restaurant is an excellent dinner spot. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, even on a busy night. (I visited on a holiday) Our server Leticia was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. It is a darker atmosphere that feels cozy and personal, that is brought on by tiny table lamps. The cocktails were delicious. The wine was also great. The starting bread was delicious as well as the entrees. Everything tasted amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Once again Valley knocked it out of the park! Everything was fresh, service was prompt and friendly. We went for Valentine's Day, and the menu had plenty of options. Good was brought out appropriately timed, with us not having too much on our table at any time. The server was attentive and very friendly.

A Memorable Evening on The Valley's New Patio! Yesterday, we were fortunate enough to enjoy a lovely evening on The Valley's brand new patio. The patio's vibe is a true extension of the well-thought-out ambiance inside, creating a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere. We savored the Cajun Rainbow Trout special, the Pistachio Sweet Potato Ravioli in a cream sauce, and the Veal Parm. But here's where this excellent restaurant truly shines: my wife, a gluten-free vegetarian, was delighted with a lovely pasta dish that came with the unexpected bonus of bread. The exceptional service extended even to our dog! I realized he needed food, so I ordered him some grilled chicken. Not only did the chef personally bring it out to him, but she waited to see if he liked it. My wife and I couldn't help but wonder aloud afterward, "If this is the care and love they put into the food for our dog, imagine the passion they pour into our own meals!" All of this, paired with the exceptional service and delightful company of our server, Eden, made it truly an evening to remember. Thank you, Nadia and your team, for an outstanding experience!

Just had dinner at Valley, a cozy Italian spot in St. Catharines, and it was such a great experience. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious easily some of the best I’ve had in a while. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and our waitress was so kind and attentive. You could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

I took take out, and waited on benches at entrance for 30 minutes. Burger was amazingly fresh and yummy, and so was eggplant pasta. Had 2 drinks sitting on that bench while waiting and no seat was offered, so bit odd and disappointing.
